Cancellation

We bill termly. Class cancellation is possible up to two weeks before the term begins for a full refund, and up to one week before for a partial refund.

Mid-term withdrawals are handled case-by-case — we don't believe in penalising families for circumstances beyond their control.

We'll always have a conversation before invoicing if anything is unclear.
